3.3.1 Begin by gently placing the compressor's overall base onto the prepared foundation. Ensure precision and stability by positioning wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely adjust the unit's level.
Proceed with alternating the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is meticulously leveled, skillfully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4-5 points to secure them.
The design and installation of these wedges are tailored by the user, based on specific situational demands, ensuring a flawless contact surface for optimum performance.
The inclined plane must be in even contact, and ensure the wedge iron's bearing capacity does not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to determine the unit's balance. The leveling criteria require an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for exceptional performance.

3.3.3 The meticulous centering of the coupling is essential. Prior to initiating alignment, ensure you adhere to the following guidelines for safe and precise operation:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with precision;
3) Disconnect the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for optimal adjustment alignment;
4) Thoroughly check the motor installation plane for any debris, ensuring it's impeccably clean for a perfect fit;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is oversized compared to the bolt, allowing for seamless adjustments in motor positioning;
6) Prepare an ample supply of flat, stainless steel gaskets to firmly support the motor, avoiding the use of long or thin inserts that could disrupt alignment.
7) Opt for precision tools such as a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be customer-provided;
8) Securely place a bracket to support the dial indicator, as demonstrated in the accompanying illustration;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to precisely position a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) With meticulous adjustments, align the motor's feet so the compressor and motor center lines are congruent, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then re-evaluate the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for accuracy.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reassemble the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's precision 'levelness' and alignment, securely fasten the anchor bolts. Following a mechanical or trial operation, relax and re-tighten the bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, is sensitive to foreign matter, necessitating pristine inlet and outlet pipelines that conform to steam corrosion standards. Deviant pipelines must be rectified to prevent irreversible compressor damage.It is advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe to safeguard the system.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, adhering to the PI diagram for accessory installation. The connected pipeline must be independently supported, with its weight not burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, it is then that the thrilling compressor operation test can commence, signaling a critical milestone in operational readiness.
3.3.8 The sophisticated electric control cabinet for the compressor, a pivotal component in the overall setup, should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring, a lifeline of connectivity, should be expertly channeled through threading pipes beneath the surface. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, it's time to seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless communication and control.
