3.3.1 The compressor base is meticulously positioned on the foundation, with wedge-shaped shims strategically placed beneath the base to ensure precise leveling of the unit.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level for accurate alignment. The unit requires a precise axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling meticulously. Prior to initiating alignment, the following essential steps must be completed:
1) Turn off the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring it is free from any debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are adequately sized to allow for bolt loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to evenly support the motor's feet, ensuring they are clean and perfectly flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, as crucial tools sourced by the customer;
8) Secure a bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately, with maximum outer circle deviation at 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft, maintaining coupling end face tolerance of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for precision.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section to complete the alignment process.
3.3.4 After securing 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation, perform a comprehensive review by loosening and retightening them.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any solid or liquid intrusion can result in significant damage. Thus, ensure all connecting pipelines are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines to avoid operational hazards.It is recommended to install solid-liquid separation devices, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet for enhanced safety.
3.3.6 Properly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, with essential pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure external support for any pipeline attached to the compressor, preventing undue strain on its structure.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved complete solidification, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This marks a significant step towards ensuring the seamless functionality and reliability of the system.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring connection from the compressor to this electric control cabinet should be executed using threading pipes, which are to be routed underground for enhanced safety and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly positioned, ensure the wiring terminals within are accurately connected with the lines at the remote DCS, setting the stage for a robust and efficient operation.
