10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align both compressor and motor with precision, ensuring the maximum outer circle deviation does not surpass 0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then re-assess both the outer circle and end face runouts for optimal precision.;
12) After the motor's idle test, seamlessly reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 With precision alignment and 'levelness' adjustments complete, secure the anchor bolts. Post-operation, re-tighten to ensure unwavering mechanical integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands impeccably clean pipelines to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure all connection pathways meet steam corrosion standards, or enhance with solid-liquid separation equipment as needed.
3.3.6 Seamlessly integrate compressor inlet and outlet pipes per the PI diagram, ensuring pipelines are independently supported to avoid undue stress on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan along with its supporting equipment has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidity, the next step is to initiate the operational test of the compressor. This critical phase ensures that every component is in optimal condition for seamless performance.
3.3.8 Position the compressor's sophisticated electric control cabinet strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor unit. For enhanced safety and efficiency, the connection from the compressor to this cabinet must be executed using a threading pipe routed discreetly underground. Upon secure placement of the cabinet, proceed to meticulously link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring flawless integration and functionality.
