This process effectively converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The increased temperature returns the secondary steam to the evaporator, where it adeptly heats materials and induces evaporation. This sophisticated process achieves a remarkable feat: the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization, transforming waste into valuable energy.

This includes the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal, all seamlessly integrated to ensure optimal performance. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by firmly placing the compressor base directly on the foundation. Carefully insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure a perfectly level unit.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons strategically, achieving precise leveling, then spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 key points. These wedges must be
custom-made and installed by users to fit their specific needs. Ensure the contact surface is perfectly finished, guaranteeing an even connection
on inclined planes. Note: The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a level to achieve precision. The unit's leveling requirements are: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is crucial. Before alignment, please ensure the following steps are meticulously followed:
1) Completely power down the main supply;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring no debris or dirt is present;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are sufficiently large to allow for bolt loosening during motor adjustments;
6) Equip yourself with ample stainless steel gaskets to adequately support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be spotless and perfectly flat, avoiding the usage of lengthy thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be supplied by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket to position the dial indicator on the wheel's edge, placing its probe against the outer edge of the compressor's wheel hub;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines meticulously. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, the motor shaft line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft, with coupling face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and rigorously reviewing the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Following the motor's idle testing, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving flawless levelness and alignment of the casing, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or a trial run, remember to loosen and then retighten these bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain free of solids or liquids to prevent irreversible damage. Thus, ensure the compressor-connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify non-compliant pipelines promptly, and consider incorporating solid-liquid separation devices, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Execute the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Install all requisite pipeline accessories in accordance with the PI diagram. Ensure that pipelines linked to the compressor are supported by additional brackets, relieving the compressor body of any undue weight.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its essential ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidification, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal step in ensuring the system's robust performance and reliability.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For seamless connectivity, utilize threading pipes to channel wiring underground from the compressor to the cabinet. Once the cabinet is securely in place, establish a flawless connection by linking the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring optimal integration and functionality.
