This streamlined approach not only optimizes efficiency but also showcases a state-of-the-art solution for industrial applications.
3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base carefully onto its foundation. To ensure impeccable leveling, position wedge-shaped shims strategically under the base.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately, achieving flawless leveling. Secure these with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points for enhanced stability.
The wedge design should be user-tailored to fit the specific situation. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished for uniform contact on the inclined plane.
Note: The load-bearing capacity of these wedges must not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Use an exacting level to attain precision leveling. The unit's axial level must meet a 0.05/1000mm specification, while its horizontal level must align with a 0.10/1000mm specification.
3.3.3 Achieve optimal coupling alignment. Prior to beginning this intricate process, ensure the following preliminary steps are adhered to with precision:
1) Completely disconnect the main power source to ensure safety.
2) Diligently remove the protective coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously, ensuring it's void of foreign objects, dirt, and any undesirable attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately sized, allowing bolts to be loosened for motor adjustments.
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor feet. These gaskets must be pristine and perfectly flat, avoiding elongated slim gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, as this is crucial for exact alignment and must be procured by the customer.
8) Have a sturdy bracket ready to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying figure.
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for positioning a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Carefully adjust the motor feet's bolts to align the center lines of the compressor and motor precisely. The outer circle's maximum deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviation must be between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for any discrepancies.;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling's intermediate section post successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are impeccably adjusted, anchor bolts should be fastened securely. Following mechanical or trial operations, it's crucial to loosen and retighten these bolts for ensured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a vital high-speed component, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusions to maintain compressor integrity. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines noncompliant with this must be amended. We highly recommend integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes must adhere closely to relevant PI diagram specifications. It is imperative that these pipelines incorporate the necessary accessories and are supported independently by an adjunct bracket, ensuring the compressor body bears none of the pipeline's weight.
3.3.7 Upon the meticulous installation of the main fan and its ancillary components, coupled with the complete solidification of the concrete, the stage is perfectly set to proceed with the compressor operation test. This ensures a seamless and efficient launch into operation.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a proximity of 5 meters from the compressor. The connection of wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is elegantly facilitated by threading pipe, which should be routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, it's crucial to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the corresponding lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless communication and control.
