This ingenious process operates on a fundamental principle: secondary steam produced by the evaporator undergoes compression through a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively raising the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heated steam is then cycled back into the evaporator to heat materials, fostering further evaporation. This cycle brilliantly enables the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization, making it a hallmark of sustainable innovation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To start, seamlessly position the compressor base directly onto the foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to precisely adjust the unit's level for optimal performance.
Alternately place two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld these irons at 4-5 points for stability. Ensure the wedges are
crafted and installed by the user based on the specific situation. The surface contact must be smooth and even, ensuring
that the inclined plane is in full contact. Note that the bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve impeccable leveling using a precision level. The required precision: ensure the axial level is 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal level is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by ensuring the following:
1) Prioritize safety by turning off the main power supply.
2) Carefully dismantle the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is impeccably clean, free from foreign objects and grime;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts for easy adjustment;
6) Gather ample stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's feet. These should be clean and flat—avoid using long, thin pieces for adjustment;
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be supplied by the customer);
8) Ready the bracket to support the dial indicator as demonstrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub bracket to mount the dial indicator strategically on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring correct placement of the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Skillfully adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. Aim for a maximum deviation of the outer circle of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line; coupling end face should read 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, and reassess both the outer circle and coupling end face runout for accuracy;
12) Finalize by reinstalling the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of 'levelness' and casing alignment, ensure anchor bolts are tightened. After a test run, consider loosening and retightening for added security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a vital high-speed component. Any solid or liquid infiltration can cause irreparable harm to the compressor. Maintain pipeline cleanliness and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified.
It is advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install both the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. These should be equipped with all necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline is independently supported, not reliant on the compressor for support.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its supportive accessories, and once the concrete has achieved full solidity, it becomes the perfect moment to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step will ensure the seamless functionality of your system, guaranteeing the efficiency and reliability you need.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly managed using threading pipes, thoughtfully routed underground to maintain aesthetic and functional integrity. Once the electric control cabinet is positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and secure electrical link.
