The core principle at work here is the transformation of secondary steam generated by the evaporator through an ultra-efficient high-energy steam compressor. This process meticulously converts electrical energy into thermal energy, expertly elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The resulting temperature increase allows the secondary steam to seamlessly return to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and spurring evaporation, thereby achieving extraordinary recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam.

3.3.1 The compressor base must be meticulously placed on a stable foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to harmonize and adjust the unit level.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion for precision. Once the unit is leveled, secure the irons with spot welding at 4-5 strategic points. The wedge should be
crafted and mounted by the user, perfectly tailored to the specific conditions, ensuring a flawless contact surface.
Attention: The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Achieve perfect alignment using a level tool. The meticulous leveling demands: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and horizontal
level precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance.
3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Prior to aligning, please adhere to the following mandatory prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane for flatness, free from debris, dirt, or any attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt sizes for easy loosening and motor adjustments;
6) Gather ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor foot, ensuring they are immaculate and uniformly flat.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Provide a bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor's wheel hub outer edge;
10) Meticulously adjust the bolts around the motor feet so that both the compressor and motor center lines align nearly perfectly, following guidelines. The maximum allowable deviation is 0.05mm, with motor shaft center higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center; coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, verifying both outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Proceed with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section post motor idle testing.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the 'levelness' and casing alignment, anchor bolts must be tightened firmly. After completing mechanical operation or trial runs, re-loosen and re-tighten the bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating component. Any solid or liquid intrusion can cause severe damage to the compressor. It is imperative to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines, conforming to the system's steam corrosion standards. Adjust non-compliant pipelines immediately. It is suggested to integrate solid-liquid separation mechanisms, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet to enhance system safety.
3.3.6 Attach compressor inlet and outlet pipes with care. Install relevant pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline is supported independently, without burdening the compressor body with its weight.
3.3.7 Upon successful installation of the main fan and its accompanying equipment, and following the complete solidification of the concrete foundation, you are ready to conduct the compressor operation test. This critical step ensures optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a close proximity of 5 meters for optimal efficiency. Ensure the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet is neatly and securely connected using threading pipes that are routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is set up, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a reliable and efficient electrical connection.
