3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base firmly on its designated foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling of the unit. Use alternating placements of wedge-shaped irons, ensuring an even distribution. After achieving perfect leveling, secure the irons with spot welding at 4 to 5 points.
Crafted from durable materials, the wedge should be user-manufactured based on specific requirements. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished to guarantee uniform contact of the inclined plane, with the bearing strength of each wedge iron not exceeding 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to determine the unit's axial and horizontal leveling. The axial level tolerance should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level tolerance is set to 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Achieve optimum coupling alignment with these preliminary steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is safely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for unhindered access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane to ensure it is free from debris, dust, and obstructions;
5) Confirm the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts for easy loosening and adjustment;
6) Assemble sufficient stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are clean and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated or narrow gaskets as shims for motor-base adjustments;
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (with 0.01mm accuracy) provided by the customer;
8) Prepare an appropriate bracket as depicted for supporting the dial indicator effectively;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator fitting, placing its probe accurately on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft, coupling end face deviation should be between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for precision;;
12) Conduct a motor idling test before reinstalling the intermediate coupling section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Conduct a mechanical operation or trial, then loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating element, must be safeguarded against any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent damage. Ensure the cleanliness and steam corrosion resistance of all connected pipelines. If pipelines fail to meet these standards, rectification is imperative. Consider adding solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber, before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with the necessary accessories as per the PI diagram. Support all connected pipelines with independent brackets to prevent the compressor body from bearing additional weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and ancillary equipment are installed and the concrete has set, initiate the compressor operation test to confirm seamless functionality.
