Product Description

MVR, or Mechanical Vapor Recompression, represents a cutting-edge, energy-conserving technology that substantially reduces the need for external energy inputs. This is achieved by ingeniously recycling the secondary steam energy it produces. The core principle revolves around the secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, being expertly compressed via a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process masterfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam increase, allowing it to return to the evaporator. There, it performs its role in heating materials and facilitating evaporation, thereby orchestrating a seamless recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DML Series Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor stands out with its sophisticated design, comprising the main compressor body, which includes the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims under this base to meticulously adjust the unit's level.
Place the wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled, proceed to spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedge should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the unique conditions, ensuring the contact surface is finished for uniform contact of the inclined
plane. The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2) to ensure stability.
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve impeccable alignment. The unit's leveling standards are: axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal
level at 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with precision. Prior to alignment, ensure the following essential preconditions are met:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Remove the coupling shield carefully;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane for cleanliness, removing any foreign objects, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts for easy adjustment;
6) Have a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot, ensuring they are flat and free of debris. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustment;
7) Use a dial indicator or a laser alignment tool with 0.01mm accuracy (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare the support bracket as illustrated in the diagram below for the dial indicator;

9) Use a motor hub mounting bracket for affixing a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line must be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center, with coupling end face deviations between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and recheck the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for accuracy; ensuring it is within permissible limits.
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reattach the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving precise "levelness" and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts for enhanced security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, is susceptible to damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are exceptionally clean and align with the system's steam corrosion grade. Rectify any pipeline not meeting these criteria. We recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Import and export pipelines should feature pertinent accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Ensure pipelines connected to the compressor are supported by alternative brackets, with their weight not burdened by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation is fully set, proceed with the compressor's operational testing to ensure flawless functionality.
