This is achieved by ingeniously reutilizing the secondary steam energy that the system itself generates. The fundamental principle behind this innovative process involves the compression of secondary steam produced by the evaporator. Utilizing a highly efficient steam compressor, the system transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam are elevated. This increase allows the secondary steam to be cycled back to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials and induces evaporation. This sophisticated mechanism ensures the recycling and optimum use of the latent heat of vaporization inherent in secondary steam, thereby enhancing energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally set upon its foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims under the base to precisely adjust the unit to an impeccable level. These wedges serve as essential components for securing balance and stability.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately, ensuring that upon leveling, these irons are spot welded at 4 to 5 strategic points. This meticulous welding ensures steadfast security.
The manufacturing and installation of the wedge are tailored by the user to match the unique requirements of the actual situation. The contact surface must be precisely finished to guarantee even contact of the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron is a critical factor and should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain the perfect balance. The unit's leveling criteria: the axial level precision is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be precisely 0.10/1000mm.
The horizontal level of the unit is set to be 0.10/1000mm, ensuring stability and optimum performance.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is crucial. Prior to initiating alignment, ensure adherence to the following prerequisites:
1) Safely power off the main supply to avert any electrical hazards;
2) Detach the coupling shield to allow clear access;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for thorough inspection;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and any attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is appropriately larger than the bolt size. This allows loosening for precise motor adjustments;
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets to cushion the motor's feet. These gaskets should be free from attachments and flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, ensuring an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be customer-provided;
8) Assemble the bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the illustration below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket should be equipped to hold a dial indicator on the hub's edge, placing a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adeptly adjusting the bolts surrounding the motor's feet, align the motor and compressor center lines precisely (or as per specific guidelines), maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviation should range between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively, secure the motor foot bolts and reevaluate the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout.;
12) Following the motor's idle test, reinstal the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After a successful mechanical trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure steadfast operation.
3.3.5 The impeller, as a high-speed rotating component, is susceptible to irreversible damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. It is imperative to ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine, satisfying the steam corrosion grade demands of the system. Any non-compliant pipelines must undergo rectification. It is highly advisable to introduce solid-liquid separation solutions, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, preceding the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
This measure will significantly enhance the compressor's operational longevity and efficiency.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. The import and export pipelines should feature relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor should rely on separate support brackets, refraining from placing undue weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached its full solidification, we are poised to proceed with the crucial compressor operation test. This step marks a significant milestone, ensuring everything is perfectly aligned for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor to ensure seamless operation and accessibility. The connection from the compressor to this cabinet should be expertly conducted through underground threading pipes, ensuring durability and protection. Once the cabinet is securely in place, the wiring terminals within this cabinet must be meticulously connected to the remote DCS lines, forming a reliable and efficient control network.
