This is achieved by ingeniously recycling the secondary steam energy that the system itself generates. The core principle involves the compression of secondary steam produced by the evaporator, using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Subsequently, the elevated temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and induces evaporation. This cyclical process ingeniously harnesses the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, achieving remarkable energy savings and sustainability.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is an exceptional piece of engineering, primarily comprising a compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instruments, and an advanced anti-surge control system. This compressor is meticulously designed with a compact structure, ensuring easy access for maintenance and servicing. Its sophisticated design and components ensure high performance and reliability, making it an invaluable asset for a wide range of industrial applications.
3.3.1 Gracefully place the compressor base completely on the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure a perfectly leveled unit.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons, achieving impeccable leveling. Secure the wedges with a delicate spot weld at 4~5 strategic points.
Craft and install the wedge with precision, tailored to your unique circumstances. The contact surface must be expertly finished, ensuring seamless contact of the inclined plane.
Ensure the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Achieve perfect level with a level tool. Unit leveling standards: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm; horizontal level precision at 0.10/1000mm.
Maintain these exacting standards to guarantee optimal performance.
3.3.3 Align the coupling with precision. Prior to commencing alignment, verify the following essential requirements:
1) Disconnect the main power supply for safety;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield effortlessly;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Meticulously check the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from unwanted debris and attachments;
5) Ensure bolt holes on the motor are larger than the bolt size for easy adjustments;
6) Secure plenty of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor foot. Ensure these gaskets are attachment-free and meticulously flat; avoid inserting long, thin gaskets between the motor and base for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm, arranged by the customer;
8) Ready a bracket to support the dial indicator, as showcased in the illustrative figure below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, and strategically position the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor foot bolts so that the compressor and motor center lines are beautifully aligned, with the maximum deviation of the outer circle at a mere 0.05mm. Motor shaft center line should exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face should maintain 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, reviewing the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to ensure precision.;
12) Install the coupling's intermediate section after conducting a serene motor idling test.
3.3.4 Upon achieving the perfect 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, secure the anchor bolts. After a smooth mechanical operation or trial run, release the bolts and fasten them again for ultimate stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands protection from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible damage. Ensure that the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristinely clean and meet the system's steam corrosion grade. Pipelines falling short must be revamped. It is stronglysuggested to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to safeguard against contaminants.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with finesse. Employ relevant pipeline accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. The pipelines attached to the compressor must be supported by a separate bracket, ensuring their weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its supporting equipment, is meticulously installed and the concrete is fully cured, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the system's readiness and operational efficiency.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor to facilitate seamless connectivity. Employ a threading pipe to lay the wiring underground from the compressor to the control cabinet. After installation, meticulously connect the terminals within the electric control cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring robust communication and control.
