The core principle revolves around the secondary steam generated by the evaporator being compressed through an ultra-efficient steam compressor. This process skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, causing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam to rise. This increased temperature then redirects the secondary steam back to the evaporator, where it dutifully heats the materials, instigating further evaporation. The result is the remarkable recycling of latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, epitomizing sustainability and efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be carefully placed on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath for leveling adjustments.
Position the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern, ensuring the unit is perfectly level before spot welding the irons at 4 to 5 points.
The user is responsible for manufacturing and installing the wedge per the actual situation, ensuring complete contact of the inclined plane.
The load capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use a precision level to ensure the unit is perfectly horizontal.
The axial level precision requirement is 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal level precision is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Align the coupling precisely. Before starting, ensure the following steps are completed:
1) Main power supply must be switched off;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is clean and free of debris;
5) The motor's bolt hole must exceed the bolt size for adjustable positioning;
6) Have ample, flat stainless steel gaskets ready to cover the motor's footing, avoiding long or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision (customer provided);
8) Have a support bracket ready for the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to fit a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm and a coupling end face of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and reassess the runout of the coupling's outer circle and end face.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment adjustments are complete, tighten the anchor bolts. Post-trial mechanical operations, loosen and retighten the bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller requires protection against any solid or liquid ingress, as such would cause irreversible damage. Ensure the associated pipelines are pristine and align with the steam corrosion specifications.
Consider incorporating gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the inlet to avert contamination.
3.3.6 For compressor inlet and outlet pipe installation, follow the PI diagram and ensure all supporting brackets absorb the pipeline weight, not the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components are installed to perfection, and the concrete has reached full solidity, you can proceed with conducting a seamless compressor operation test.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, position the electric control cabinet no more than 5 meters from the compressor. Ensure the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is elegantly routed through underground threading pipes. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines for flawless integration.
