The core principle involves the secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, being compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, subsequently increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The rise in temperature then recirculates the secondary steam back into the evaporator, where it acts as a heating agent for materials, driving further evaporation and enabling the continuous recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. This smart integration of energy reuse and recycling showcases a leap in sustainable technology, effectively optimizing operational efficiency and contributing to significant energy savings.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base seamlessly on its foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve flawless leveling.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. After expertly leveling the unit, secure the wedge-shaped irons by spot welding them at 4 to 5 strategic points. Each wedge should be
crafted with precision by the user, tailored to the real-world requirements. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished for uniform
contact of the inclined plane. Remember, the bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to ascertain perfect leveling. The unit’s axial level precision is an impressive 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level boasts a precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Focus on achieving impeccable coupling alignment by adhering to the following essential steps:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure a safe working environment;
2) Carefully dismantle the coupling shield;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with caution;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring no foreign particles or debris compromise precision;
5) The motor bolt holes should be generously sized in comparison to the bolts, allowing easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Assemble enough stainless steel gaskets to completely cover the motor's foot, ensuring they are flat and free of any attachments. Avoid long, slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be sourced by the customer;
8) Prepare the specified bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount the dial indicator at the edge of the wheel hub, with the probe positioned along the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Align the compressor and motor center line by fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet. Ensure the outer circle's deviation is kept to a minimum of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line being slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation maintained within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then rigorously review the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Proceed to install the coupling intermediate section post-completion of the motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once you've adjusted the casing's 'levelness' and alignment with expertise, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation or trial runs, remember to loosen then retighten them for optimum performance.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and even the slightest intrusion of solid or liquid can inflict irreparable harm. Guarantee that the pipelines connected to the compressor are pristinely clean and align with the system's steam corrosion criteria. Non-compliant pipelines demand immediate rectification. It's advised to integrate solid-liquid separation devices like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.

3.3.6 Proceed with installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for placing appropriate pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is independently supported by another bracket, eliminating any weight burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial stage marks the beginning of your journey towards optimum performance and efficiency.
3.3.8 It is essential to position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For seamless integration, the wiring should be carefully connected from the compressor to the control cabinet using a threading pipe that runs discreetly underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely installed, ensure all wiring terminals are connected to the lines at the remote DCS, paving the way for flawless communication and control.
