It primarily consists of an intricately crafted compressor body, which includes components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, it is equipped with a coupling, a high-performance motor, and state-of-the-art electric instruments, all working in harmony to deliver exceptional performance and reliability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The robust compressor base should be meticulously positioned on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims to expertly adjust the unit to a perfect level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is precisely leveled, perform spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedges must be
crafted and installed by the user based on the specific needs of the situation. Ensure the contact surface is flawlessly finished for seamless contact of the inclined
plane. The bearing capacity of wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve meticulous accuracy. The exacting leveling standards for the unit dictate an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve precision by centering the coupling. Before commencing alignment, confirm these critical requirements:
1) Ensure complete safety by turning off the main power supply.
2) Remove the coupling shield for unobstructed access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for full alignment capability.
4) Verify the motor installation plane is pristine, devoid of debris or attachments.
5) Motor bolt holes should accommodate bolt size, allowing bolts to loosen for motor adjustment.
6) Have a plentiful supply of stainless steel gaskets that are perfectly flat and attachment-free. Avoid using extended thin gaskets for motor-base adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, provided by the customer.
8) Ensure availability of a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as per the illustration below.

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for situating a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge. Position the probe precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to ensure the compressor and motor center lines align perfectly, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then thoroughly review the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Conclude installation by reinserting the coupling intermediate section after confirming the motor's smooth operation with an idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, proceed to firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial runs, it is imperative to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure optimal integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller, a component of high-speed rotation, is crucial and sensitive. Any solid or liquid intrusion can wreak irreversible havoc on the compressor. Thus, it is vital to maintain the cleanliness and meet steam corrosion grade requirements of the connecting inlet and outlet pipelines. Rectify any non-compliance, preferably by installing solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with necessary accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Pipelines connecting to the compressor should be supported by independent brackets to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Following the meticulous installation of the main fan and ancillary equipment, and after concrete solidification, proceed with the compressor operation test to ensure flawless functionality.
