This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, leading to an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This elevated temperature recycles the secondary steam back to the evaporator, heating the materials and inducing evaporation. Thus, the cycle achieves an impressive recycling of the latent heat of vaporization, showcasing an innovative approach to sustainable energy utilization.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base seamlessly on its foundation. With precision, position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure optimal unit leveling.
Alternate two precisely crafted wedge-shaped irons, securing them with spot welds at 4-5 strategic points after achieving the desired level. These wedges should be
custom-manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the specific requirements of your setup. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for uniform contact,
with the wedge iron's bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain precision levelness. The unit's leveling demands are stringent: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal
level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Precision centering of the coupling is essential. Before alignment, ensure adherence to the following prerequisites:
1) The main power supply must be securely switched off;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor's installation flatness, ensuring it's devoid of foreign objects, debris, and attachments;
5) The bolt holes on the motor should be generously sized compared to the bolts to allow easy adjustment of the motor positioning;
6) Acquire ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot, ensuring they are clean and perfectly flat. Refrain from using slender gaskets for base adjustments;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm) as provided by the customer;
8) Prepare and position the dial indicator support bracket as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) Attach the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, ensuring the probe touches the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Through meticulous adjustment of bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviation is limited to 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively, secure the motor foot bolts, and re-evaluate both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Post-idling test, reassemble the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon successful adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, fasten the anchor bolts firmly. After mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten the bolts for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed component; intrusion of any solid or liquid can cause significant, irreparable damage. Thus, it is crucial that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines demand immediate rectification. Incorporating solid-liquid separation units, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is recommended.

3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. The pipelines should be fitted with appropriate accessories in accordance with the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline linked to the compressor is supported independently to prevent its weight from burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supplementary equipment have been impeccably installed and the concrete foundation has reached its complete solidity, the stage is set for conducting the compressor operation test.
