3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base onto the foundation, ensuring to place wedge-shaped shims beneath for seamless level adjustments. These shims are pivotal in achieving the perfect balance.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons; post-leveling, expertly spot weld these at 4 to 5 strategic points, setting a solid foundation. Remember, these wedges must be
crafted and mounted by the user, tailored to the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished for perfect inclined plane contact.
Bear in mind, the load capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to pinpoint the exact level. The stringent leveling requirements are as follows: the axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal
level should achieve 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unparalleled precision.
3.3.3 The coupling alignment is crucial. Before embarking on this alignment journey, verify these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for debris, dirt, or obtrusive attachments;
5) Confirm the motor bolt hole is sufficiently larger than the bolt size, allowing for bolt adjustments to perfectly align the motor;
6) Equip yourself with ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet—ensuring these gaskets are pristine, flat, and free from attachments for optimal performance. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting a precision of 0.01mm, to ensure alignment accuracy.

The motor shaft must sit higher than the compressor low-speed shaft for optimal alignment with an end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and conduct a thorough review of both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for flawless operation;
12) Finally, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section after the motor has successfully passed the idling test.
3.3.4 Once the unit's 'levelness' and alignment are meticulously adjusted, ensure the anchor bolts are firmly tightened. Post any mechanical operation or trial run, revisit the bolts, loosening and retightening them to reaffirm stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, an essential high-speed rotating element, demands absolute cleanliness of input/output pipelines to avert any potential damage. These pipelines must adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any pipeline falling short of these standards requires immediate rectification withsolid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, recommended before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring to equip them with all relevant pipeline accessories according to the PI diagram. The pipeline must be supported independently, not by the compressor body itself, ensuring longevity and efficiency.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete foundation is fully solidified, it is time to embark on the compressor operation test.
