Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precision leveling. These shims play a crucial role in ensuring the unit is perfectly balanced.
Expertly alternate two wedge-shaped irons, and once the unit is meticulously leveled, secure them with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. The user should carefully manufacture and install the wedge in alignment with actual conditions.
Ensure a polished contact surface for even engagement on inclined planes. The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Employ a top-quality level to attain impeccable leveling. The precision requirements: an axial level standard of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level criterion of 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment with centered coupling. Before commencing alignment, confirm the following essential criteria:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Detach the coupling shield with precision;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Scrupulously check the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes surpass bolt size, allowing for smooth motor adjustments when bolts are loosened;
6) Prepare a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor foot. These gaskets should be devoid of any attachments and maintain absolute flatness. Avoid using elongated or slender gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, to achieve flawless results (provided by the customer);
8) Have a sturdy bracket ready to support the dial indicator with exceptional stability, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket serves the critical purpose of mounting a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe positioned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines with precision. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (motor shaft center line should surpass the compressor low-speed shaft center line) and a coupling end face deviation between 0.03 to 0.05mm;

11) Finally, tighten the motor foot bolts securely. Re-check the runout for both the outer circle and end face of the coupling to ensure accuracy;
12) Post motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section with confidence.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are refined, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation or trial, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any intrusion of solids or liquids can irreparably damage the compressor. Thus, it is critical to maintain clean, system-compliant inlet and outlet pipelines that meet the steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines must be promptly rectified. It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.

3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for fitting the associated pipeline accessories. Ensure that the pipeline linked to the compressor is supported by an independent bracket, keeping the weight off the compressor body to maintain integrity.
3.3.7 Following the successful installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment, and once the concrete foundation has completely solidified, you are ready to undertake the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself.
