The fundamental principle behind this groundbreaking technology involves compressing the secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, leading to a significant rise in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature and pressure allow the secondary steam to be redirected back to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and facilitates evaporation. This not only ensures the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam but also maximizes energy efficiency by minimizing waste.

These include the robust compressor body, a precision-engineered coupling, and a high-performance gearbox. 3.3.1 Begin the setup by placing the compressor base securely on the foundation. To ensure optimal leveling and stability, utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Layer two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit achieves perfect level, secure the irons with spot welds at 4~5 critical points to guarantee steadfast positioning.
The user is responsible for crafting and installing the wedges tailored to specific conditions, ensuring finished contact surfaces that promote even engagement of the inclined
planes. Remember, the wedge iron should not support more than a robust 40Kg/cm2.)
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to establish exactness. Achieving precise unit alignment involves the following specifications: the axial level should be 0.05mm per 1000mm, while the
horizontal plane requires a similar precision of 0.10mm per 1000mm.
3.3.3 The meticulous centering of the coupling is paramount. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure these prerequisites are met:
1) Disconnect the main power to prevent any unintentional activations;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediary segment;
4) Assess the motor's mounting surface, ensuring it is devoid of debris, dirt, and foreign particles for a seamless fit;
5) The motor's bolt aperture should exceed the bolt's dimension, facilitating ease of bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Ensure a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's footing. These gaskets must be clean, smooth, and perfectly flat. Refrain from using elongated or slender gaskets for insertion between the motor and base;
7) For precision alignment, employ a dial indicator or a laser meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer must provide;
8) Secure a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure;
9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub's mounting bracket, placing the probe around the compressor wheel hub's perimeter;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts at the motor’s feet, align the compressor and motor center lines as closely as possible, maintaining a maximum peripheral deviation of 0.05mm. Ideally, the motor shaft's center line should surpass the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face tolerances ranging from 0.03mm to 0.05mm;
11) Conclusively, firm up the motor foot bolts, ensuring a re-evaluation of the coupling's peripheral and end face runouts for quality assurance;
12) Complete the process by reinstalling the coupling's intermediary section following a successful, thorough motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post alignment and casing 'levelness' adjustment, secure the anchor bolts. After either an operational or trial run, loosen and retighten these bolts for optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller is a crucial high-speed component. Any foreign solid or liquid intrusions can cause irreversible compressor damage. Hence, it's imperative that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor remain pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification. It's highlyrecommended to install solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that all associated pipeline accessories are installed in accordance with the PI diagram. It is crucial that the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported by a separate bracket, safeguarding the compressor body from bearing unnecessary weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are securely installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, the next phase involves conducting a thorough compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures everything functions optimally, providing assurance of unmatched performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet is expertly managed through underground threading pipes, ensuring neatness and protection. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly situated, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing precise control and operational excellence.
