The enhanced secondary steam is then redirected back to the evaporator to heat materials, generating further evaporation. This cycle ensures the recycling of latent heat from the secondary steam's vaporization, offering a sustainable and efficient energy solution.

3.3.1 Begin by carefully positioning the compressor base onto its foundation. Strategically place wedge-shaped shims underneath to ensure an impeccably level setup.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, proceed to spot weld the irons securely at 4 to 5 distinct points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to fit the specific conditions. The contact surfaces must be expertly finished to maintain even contact on the inclined planes.
Ensure the wedge iron's load capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve impeccable horizontality. The leveling criteria dictate that the unit's axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 For precise coupling alignment, adhere to the following steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely shut off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Assess the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris and contaminants;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are marginally larger than the bolts, allowing for easy adjustments during motor positioning;
6) Assemble sufficient stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be pristine and level, avoiding any long or thin gaskets that might compromise adjustments.
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a laser alignment tool with 0.01mm precision (to be supplied by the customer);
8) Ready the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;
9) Securely mount the motor wheel hub bracket to accommodate the dial indicator, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts near the motor feet to align the compressor and motor centerlines. The outer circle deviation must not exceed 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft centerline is slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft centerline. Coupling end face deviation should be 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Finally, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts, verifying the outer circle and end face runout on the coupling.;
12) Upon completing the motor's idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the precise leveling and alignment of the casing, secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial, release and retighten the bolts for assured security.
3.3.5 Given that the impeller operates at high speed, any ingress of solids or liquids can inflict irreversible damage. Consequently, it is imperative that compressor-associated inlet and outlet pipelines are meticulously clean and conform to the steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines demand immediate rectification. It is highlyadvisable to integrate solid-liquid separation devices, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere strictly to the PI diagram to incorporate relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that the pipelines are supported independently via separate brackets to prevent undue weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its supportive equipment is meticulously installed and the concrete base has achieved full solidification, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This step ensures everything is perfectly aligned and functioning before full-scale deployment.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet, designed for seamless operation, should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. It's crucial for the wiring, which is securely encased in a protective threading pipe, to be routed underground. After positioning the electric control cabinet, ensure that all wiring terminals within it are expertly connected to the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing flawless communication and control.
