The increased temperature allows the steam to return to the evaporator, efficiently heating the materials and inducing evaporation. Thus, it achieves the remarkable feat of recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is to be elegantly positioned on the foundation, with precision wedge-shaped shims placed underneath. These are essential for achieving perfect level adjustments.
Carefully alternate the placement of the wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, apply spot welds at 4-5 critical points to ensure stability and security.
The wedge must be tailored and installed according to your specific requirements, with its contact surface finished to perfection, ensuring flawless contact on the inclined plane.
The wedge's bearing capacity must not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ensure impeccable leveling. The unit's leveling specifications require an axial of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal of 0.10/1000mm.
These precise measurements guarantee optimal performance and reliability.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by confirming these critical prerequisites before beginning:
1) Ensure the main power supply is turned off for utmost safety;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane flatness to confirm it is pristine and free of any obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is adequately larger than the bolt size to facilitate adjustments;
6) Have sufficient stainless steel gaskets prepared to support the motor's feet, ensuring they are clean and flawless. Avoid using long, slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with precision accuracy of 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer;
8) Have the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator prepared as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's perimeter, positioning the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines precisely, with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm on the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm on the coupling end face;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and meticulously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts;;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, carefully reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, diligently tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or trial runs, release and retighten them to ensure optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free of any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Ensure connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and meet the system's steam corrosion standards, adding solid-liquid separation equipment if needed.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, equipping them with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the supporting brackets bear the pipeline weight, not the compressor body itself, to maintain structural integrity.
3.3.7 Upon the full installation of the main fan and its accompanying equipment, and once the concrete has completely cured, it becomes the perfect moment to initiate the operation test of the compressor. This critical step ensures that the setup is primed for optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality and ease of access, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within 5 meters of the compressor. The wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be meticulously connected using threading pipes that are routed underground. Once the cabinet is in its designated place, a seamless connection of the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines should be established, ensuring a coordinated and efficient operational setup.
