This is achieved by ingeniously reutilizing the energy from the secondary steam it itself generates. At its core, the principle is simple yet effective: the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the steam's pressure and temperature. The increased temperature then sends the secondary steam back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, triggering evaporation and enabling the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam. This innovative process leads to substantial energy savings.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by firmly placing the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base as a means to precisely adjust and level the entire unit.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, securely spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific real-world application. Ensure that the contact surface is finely finished, allowing smooth contact of inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed the robust limit of 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a level tool to achieve precise leveling. The leveling standards are critical: axial level should be maintained at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 The coupling requires meticulous centering. Before initiating the alignment process, ensure the following criteria are strictly adhered to:
1) Completely shut off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Examine the motor installation plane's flatness to confirm it is free of debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Motor bolt holes must exceed bolt size, allowing bolts to be loosened for motor adjustments;
6) Ensure an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets are ready to support the motor feet. Gaskets should be clean and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for motor-to-base adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with pinpoint accuracy of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a suitable bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Use a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator to the hub edge, with the probe touching the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts methodically to align the compressor and motor along a unified center line. The outer circle's deviation should not exceed 0.05mm (motor shaft center line should be higher than compressor low-speed shaft center line), and the coupling end face between 0.03 and 0.05mm;

11) Conclude by tightening motor foot bolts securely, then rigorously review both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.
12) Once the motor idling test is successful, install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten all anchor bolts. After conducting mechanical or trial operations, loosen and re-tighten to ensure optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands a pristine environment. Any solid or liquid ingress can inflict irreversible damage. Therefore, inlet and outlet pipelines must be immaculate and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo rectification. It is highly
recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. The import and export pipelines should incorporate essential pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipelines have independent support, and their weight is not borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you can proceed with the compressor operation test. This stage is crucial for ensuring the reliable and efficient performance of the Robust Watervapour Compressor.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality, the electric control cabinet for the compressor must be positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet is encased in a protective threading pipe and routed underground. Once the cabinet is correctly positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the remote DCS lines to complete the setup.
