3.3.1 Begin by setting the compressor base integrally on a robust foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims underneath the base, which are essential for achieving precise unit leveling.
Skillfully alternate the placement of these wedge-shaped irons, then, once the unit reaches the desired level, delicately spot weld at 4-5 strategic points.
These wedges, crafted with meticulous precision by the user to suit specific circumstances, must ensure even contact across the inclined surfaces, thereby providing optimal support.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron shall responsibly not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Employ a level with precision to ascertain the absolute levelness. The unit's leveling specifications are critical: with an axial level tolerance of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level tolerance of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these standards are met for flawless operation.

3.3.3 Accurate coupling alignment is essential, and the following prerequisites must be confirmed before commencing alignment:
1) Ensure complete deactivation of the main power supply for safety;
2) Diligently remove the coupling shield;
3) Carefully uninstall the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any debris or attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes must be suitably larger than the bolts themselves to allow for seamless loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Adequately prepare a sufficient quantity of high-quality, flat stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's foot. Avoid using unsuitable long and thin gaskets that could compromise the adjustment precision;
7) Employ a precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which is to be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as precisely illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket plays a pivotal role in securely mounting the dial indicator on the hub's edge, allowing the probe to meticulously measure the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Through the meticulous adjustment of bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely (or follow specific instructions), ensuring a maximum deviation of only 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should ideally be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviations maintained within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously re-evaluate the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to confirm alignment integrity;;
12) After successfully completing the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, firmly secure the anchor bolts. After the machine undergoes operational testing, loosen and then re-tighten these bolts to ensure steadfast stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed rotating marvel, any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreparable damage to the compressor. To mitigate this, it is imperative that the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculately clean and adhere to the system's specified steam corrosion grade. Pipelines failing to meet these stringent standards must be promptly rectified. It is highly
recommended to implement solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Ensure the import and export pipelines are fitted with relevant accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor should be independently supported by another bracket, ensuring that its weight does not burden the compressor body, thus safeguarding its integrity.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has been completely solidified, the stage is set to proceed with the compressor operation test.
