3.3.1 Elegantly situate the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Gently position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precision-level adjustment.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Upon achieving level, seamlessly spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Crafted and installed by the user with precision, the contact surface must be perfectly finished, ensuring even contact of inclined planes.
The wedge iron must sustain a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level for immaculate precision. The unit's leveling demands an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Meticulously align the coupling. Before initiating alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) The main power supply must be switched off for safety.
2) Remove the protective coupling shield effortlessly.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care.
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is immaculate, free from any debris or attachments.
5) The motor bolt holes should offer more room than the bolt size for seamless adjustment of the motor.
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot; maintain gaskets perfectly flat, void of any attachments. Avoid inserting long, thin gaskets between the motor and the base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, which must be customer-provided.
8) Prepare a specialized bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts to align the compressor and motor centers flawlessly, with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center.
11) Conclude with tightening the motor foot bolts, meticulously reviewing the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after successfully completing the motor's idling test.
3.3.4 Post alignment of 'levelness' and casing alignment, fasten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation, loosen and retighten the bolts for enduring security.
3.3.5 The high-speed impeller is delicate, and any intrusion of solid or liquid could inflict irreversible harm. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are pristine and comply with steam corrosion standards. Rectification is necessary for pipelines falling short. We recommend integrating solid-liquid separation equipment (like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.Secure the cleanliness and integrity of your compressor with this strategic enhancement.
3.3.6 Install the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipelines with precision. Attach relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure that pipelines connected to the compressor are supported by an independent bracket to avoid undue pressure on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supplementary components are securely installed, and the concrete has reached complete solidification, you are ready to embark on the compressor's operational testing phase.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is efficiently routed through threading pipes, strategically placed underground. Once the control cabinet is in position, methodically connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and communication.
