Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base, designed for utmost stability, must be integrally placed on a robust foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims under the base to achieve a perfectly level unit.
Place the wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled, secure the irons by spot welding at 4~5 strategic points. This ensures a stable setup for optimal performance.
These wedges must be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to meet specific conditions. The contact surfaces require precise finishing for uniform contact, ensuring even load distribution.
The bearing capacity of these custom-made wedge irons must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to ascertain the unit's alignment. Ensure the axial level maintains a precision of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level demands accuracy of 0.10/1000mm.
These stringent leveling standards guarantee flawless operation and efficiency.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment by centering the coupling. Before initiating this precision task, ensure these critical preparations are completed:
1) Deactivate the main power supply, prioritizing safety.
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris or obstructions, ensuring a clean and flat surface.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are slightly oversized compared to the bolts, allowing easy adjustments for precise alignment.
6) Prepare a sufficient supply of pristine, flat stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets during adjustments.
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be procured by the customer.
8) Arrange a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator as demonstrated in the accompanying illustration.

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely position a dial indicator on the compressor wheel hub's edge, ensuring accurate alignment.
10) By meticulously adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the motor and compressor center lines with remarkable precision. The allowable outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, while the coupling end face must remain between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) After achieving this exquisite alignment, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and recheck the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for sustained accuracy.;
12) Finally, reinstall the coupling intermediate section post an idle test of the motor, ensuring flawless functioning.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Following a mechanical or trial operation, retighten these bolts to preserve the integrity of the installation.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed component, must remain free from any solid or liquid contaminants to avoid irreversible damage. Maintain immaculate inlet and outlet pipelines, adhering to the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Rectify pipelines failing to meet these standards.
Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is strongly recommended to safeguard your system.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to outfit import and export pipelines with appropriate accessories. Ensure these pipelines are supported by independent brackets, preventing undue weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its associated equipment has reached completion, and with the concrete foundation fully set and cured, it is the perfect moment to proceed with the highly anticipated compressor operation test. This step ensures optimal performance and reliability of your system.
3.3.8 For efficient operation, position the electric control cabinet no more than 5 meters from the compressor. To ensure a seamless and sleek design, the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet should be elegantly threaded through an underground conduit. Once the control cabinet is securely placed, meticulously connect its wiring terminals to the lines of the remote DCS, ensuring precision and reliability at every connection point.
