The core principle involves the secondary steam produced by the evaporator being expertly compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, increasing the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature subsequently returns the steam to the evaporator, heating the materials and inducing evaporation. This sophisticated cycle allows for the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, promoting remarkable energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Delight in the seamless installation of the compressor base as it is expertly integrated onto the foundation. Introduce precision and stability with wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, designed to impeccably adjust the level of the unit.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to skillfully mount a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge with finesse;
10) Attain the ultimate alignment by adjusting the motor feet's bolts such that the compressor and motor center line align. Limit the outer circle deviation to an impressive 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and a coupling end face precision of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, followed by a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for a flawless finish;
12) Finally, with the motor's idling test completed, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the alignment and 'levelness' of the casing, secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure steadfast stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands vigilance; any solid or liquid intrusion can irreversibly damage the compressor. Meticulously ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to steam corrosion grade standards. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines promptly. Enhance protection by installing solid-liquid separation equipment (gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Elegantly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to precisely fit import and export pipelines with relevant accessories. Ensure that the pipeline's weight is independently supported by an additional bracket rather than the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete has solidified completely, proceed with the compressor operation test to ensure peak functionality.
