1. For fan components delivered in bulk, certain essential parts have been expertly pre-assembled at Dart-Rich. These components have been carefully marked prior to disassembly for packaging and transport. On-site installation should strictly follow these markings for optimal assembly.
Ensure that the installation is performed in accordance with the predefined markings to guarantee efficient setup and operation.
2. Prior to installation, engage the transmission part once the fully assembled ventilator has arrived at your site. It is imperative to verify that the rotating parts move freely without obstruction or jamming.
Additionally, assess the coaxial alignment between the fan and the motor coupling. In the event of any discrepancies, adjustments must be made promptly to ensure perfect alignment and functionality.
