As a result, there is a significant increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This enhanced steam is then cycled back into the evaporator, where it performs dual roles: heating the materials and inducing further evaporation. In doing so, it achieves a remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, showcasing a sophisticated balance of technology and sustainability.

3.3.1 The compressor base is meticulously placed on the foundation, utilizing a wedge-shaped shim beneath the base to masterfully adjust the unit level. This ensures unwavering stability and precision.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately to achieve perfect leveling of the unit. Securely spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4~5 strategic points. These meticulously crafted wedges are tailored by the user to meet specific requirements, ensuring flawless performance.
The user is responsible for manufacturing and installing the wedge, tailored to the actual conditions. The contact surface must be expertly finished for even contact on the inclined plane, ensuring unmatched stability.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm², showcasing robust support.2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to achieve impeccable precision. The unit's axial level demands an exacting 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level requires a precise 0.10/1000mm. This ensures unmatched operational excellence.

3.3.3 Perfecting the coupling alignment: Before you begin this intricate process, ensure the following prerequisites are met for flawless alignment.
1) Securely turn off the main power supply for safety.
2) Gently remove the coupling shield with precision.
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for seamless alignment.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring no foreign materials compromise performance.
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is suitably larger than the bolt size, allowing for easy adjustments and optimization.
6) Prepare a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets to perfectly cover the motor foot. These gaskets should be pristine and flawlessly flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets that could disrupt adjustments.
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy) to achieve exact alignment, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
8) Prepare the dial indicator support bracket, as illustrated in the accompanying figure, for precision alignment.
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to expertly mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for impeccable alignment.
10) Meticulously adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Achieve a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line subtly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face at an optimal 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts. Double-check the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to ensure premier performance.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post-motor idling test for a seamless operation experience.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, anchor bolts should be tightened. Post mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten the bolts to confirm steadfast security.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed marvel, preventing any solid or liquid ingress is crucial to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure the connected pipelines meet the stringent steam corrosion standards and are spotlessly clean. Pipelines failing to meet these standards should be promptly rectified.It is advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet, safeguarding against particulate threats.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with the utmost precision. Ensure compliance with the PI diagram by incorporating relevant pipeline accessories. The pipelines should be independently supported by an external bracket, ensuring no undue weight is borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supporting equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete has reached full solidification, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test, marking a significant step towards ensuring optimal performance.
3.3.8 Ensure that the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to this control cabinet requires precise wiring through a threading pipe, which should be installed underground for enhanced protection. When the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, seamlessly link the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless communication network for efficient operation.
