This process transforms electrical energy into valuable thermal energy, thereby elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature returns the secondary steam to the evaporator, providing the necessary heat to the materials and initiating a new cycle of evaporation. This ingenious method ensures the continuous recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, culminating in an unparalleled efficiency that drives cost savings and sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Secure the stability with wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, ensuring precise leveling of the unit.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit achieves perfect level, apply spot welds on the wedges at 4-5 points for stability. The wedges must be
crafted and fitted by the user tailored to specific conditions, ensuring finished contact surfaces. This guarantees an even engagement of the inclined
planes with a load-bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2..
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ensure absolute flatness. The unit's leveling criteria demand an axial level tolerance of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level tolerance of 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Precisely center the coupling. Prior to alignment, verify the following prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is switched off for safety;
2) Safely detach the coupling shield;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Confirm the motor installation plane's cleanliness by removing any foreign materials and debris;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are oversized for bolt maneuverability during motor adjustments;
6) Stock up on ample stainless steel gaskets for the motor's foundation. These should be pristine and robust, avoiding thin gaskets for insertion between the motor and its base;
7) Deploy a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment tool with 0.01mm accuracy (customer provided);
8) Have the appropriate bracket ready for dial indicator support as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) The motor hub mounting bracket serves to install a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with its probe touching the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) By finely tuning the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor centerlines precisely. The outer circle deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center aligning slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft, and coupling end face deviation within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly and reassess the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts;
12) Reattach the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test, ensuring seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, release and retighten the bolts to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed rotating entity, preventing any solid or liquid ingress is crucial to avert irreversible compressor damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are impeccably clean and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be immediately rectified. It's highly
advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the straight pipeline leading to the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate accessories following the PI diagram. Crucially, the pipelines connected to the compressor must be supported by an independent bracket, ensuring no weight stress is applied on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Following the seamless installation of the main fan and its accompanying ancillary equipment, and once the concrete foundation has achieved full solidification, we are ready to embark on the compressor operation test, ensuring everything is primed for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For utmost efficiency and streamlined operation, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet should be meticulously carried out using threading pipes that run underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a seamless communication pathway.
