This is achieved by ingeniously recapturing and repurposing the secondary steam energy that it produces. The fundamental principle behind this technology is as follows: the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is expertly compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor, transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. This process results in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Subsequently, the elevated temperature returns the secondary steam to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and induces further evaporation. This innovative cycle effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, marking a significant stride towards energy sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base as a whole onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely adjust the unit to perfect level.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, achieving impeccable leveling of the unit, then expertly spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points.
These wedges are to be meticulously manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the specific situation, with the contact surface precisely finished for even contact.
The inclined plane contact should be seamless, ensuring the wedge iron's bearing capacity does not exceed a robust 40 Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's level. The exacting leveling criteria are: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Meticulously center the coupling. Prior to alignment, ensure the following prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply for utmost safety.
2) Remove the protective coupling shield meticulously.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision.
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is devoid of foreign matter, dirt, and any obstructions.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size to facilitate easy adjustments by loosening.
6) Adequately prepare flat, attachment-free stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot, avoiding long and thin gaskets that might compromise the adjustment between motor and base.
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with precision of 0.01mm, sourced by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying figure.

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is designed to hold a dial indicator on the wheel hub's periphery, enabling precise placement of the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously using adjustment bolts around the motor feet, targeting a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Note, the motor shaft center line should be slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft line, with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then thoroughly review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, proceed to reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the ‘levelness’ and alignment of the casing are adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial operation, slacken and retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, is vulnerable to irreparable damage should any solid or liquid intrude. Thus, it is imperative to ensure that the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculately clean and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any non-compliant pipelines must be rectified.
It is recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to ensure purity.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with care, ensuring the import and export pipelines are equipped with necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor should be upheld by an independent bracket, ensuring its weight is not supported by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supportive equipment are securely installed, and after the concrete has achieved full solidity, the moment arrives to initiate the operational testing of the compressor. This crucial step ensures that everything is impeccably aligned, setting the stage for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The positioning of the electric control cabinet for the compressor is meticulously planned to be within a 5-meter radius from the compressor itself. The essential wiring, elegantly guided through threading pipes, is strategically placed underground to preserve the aesthetic integrity of the installation. Once the control cabinet is perfectly positioned, it's time to seamlessly connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a flawless and efficient setup.
