This method serves as a reboiler heat source at the tower's base, ingeniously reclaiming the latent heat of the steam from the tower top.
In the realm of direct compression heat pump distillation, the tower's top vapor phase acts as a dynamic working fluid. By elevating the energy level of this vapor phase through an external steam compressor, it transforms into a high-temperature heat source for the tower bottom reboiler. As depicted in the figure below, direct compression heat pump distillation shines in separation systems characterized by minor temperature differentials and analogous boiling points between the tower top and bottom.
The centrifugal compressor designed for heat pump distillation is a masterpiece of engineering, featuring a meticulously crafted compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and anti-surge control system. 3.3.1 To achieve optimal performance, the Advanced Fan Compressor with Overall Base for Heat Pump Distillation must be meticulously placed on its foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to expertly adjust the unit's level to perfection.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring precise leveling of the unit. Securely spot weld these wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points, anchoring the unit with unwavering stability.
The customization of the wedge is in the hands of the user, tailored to meet the specific requirements of the installation environment. The contact surfaces should be expertly finished to ensure seamless, even contact of inclined planes, providing robust support.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must be meticulously controlled, ensuring it does not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's level. The stringent leveling standards demand that the unit's axial level is precisely maintained at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level commands an exactness of 0.10/1000mm.
These exacting standards ensure unparalleled stability and performance.
3.3.3 The coupling must be perfectly centered. Prior to initiating alignment, it is imperative to adhere to the following preparatory measures:
1) Safely deactivate the main power supply to ensure a secure working environment.
2) Remove the protective coupling shield to gain unobstructed access.
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate alignment.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris, dirt, or obstructions, ensuring a pristine surface free from any imperfections.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are generously sized relative to the bolts, allowing for ease of adjustment during alignment.
6) Prepare a sufficient array of stainless steel gaskets, precisely sized to offer robust support to the motor's foot. Gaskets must be impeccably flat and free from any debris, avoiding the use of long and slender inserts.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, to ensure flawless alignment. This equipment should be provided by the customer.
8) Prepare the bracket to support the dial indicator securely, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram for accuracy.
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to expertly position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's periphery, ensuring precise measurement of the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to meticulously align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving a harmonious union with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face precision at 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, and re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for impeccable alignment.;
12) Post alignment, proceed to reinstall the coupling intermediate section, following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are achieved, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial, temporarily loosen the bolts and then retighten them for long-term stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed rotating component, demands an environment free of foreign solids or liquids that could cause irreversible damage. It is vital to ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines meet the system's stringent steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must be promptly rectified. Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet is strongly recommended to safeguard its integrity.This proactive measure ensures the highest standards of operational safety and efficiency.
3.3.6 Expertly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes, adhering strictly to the PI diagram specifications. It is crucial that these pipelines are independently supported by additional brackets, ensuring their weight does not burden the compressor body, thus maintaining optimal performance and longevity.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supplemental equipment have been successfully installed and the concrete foundation has fully set and solidified, it is the prime time to initiate the compressor's operation test. This crucial step ensures that all components are functioning harmoniously, setting the stage for exceptional performance.
3.3.8 For optimal safety and efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the Advanced Fan Compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection journey from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be meticulously managed using threading pipe, which elegantly travels underground, ensuring seamless connectivity. Once the electric control cabinet has been installed in its designated place, proceed to establish secure connections between the wiring terminals in the cabinet and the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), thereby ensuring flawless integration and operation.
