This steam is compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor, ingeniously transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, there is an elevation in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This rise enables the reintroduction of the secondary steam back to the evaporator, where it heats materials and induces further evaporation. This ingenious process ensures the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, offering substantial energy savings.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is to be elegantly placed on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims meticulously placed beneath the base to ensure precise level adjustment of the unit.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points. Ensure that
the wedges are crafted and installed by the user to suit the specific situation. The contact surface should be expertly finished for even contact
across the inclined plane. Note, the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's exact level. The leveling standards demand that the axial level is an impeccable 0.05/1000mm,
and the horizontal level is a precise 0.10/1000mm, ensuring peak performance.

3.3.3 The coupling requires precise centering. Before initiating alignment, confirm these critical steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is impeccably flat, free from debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to allow for adjustments when loosening;
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor foot. They must be free of attachments and absolutely flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a superior accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare an appropriate bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for placing a dial indicator precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Adhere to a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle, ensuring the motor shaft's center line is higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face allowance of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclusively, secure the motor foot bolts, and meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and alignment adjustments of the casing, fasten the anchor bolts securely. After a mechanical or trial operation, loosen and re-tighten the bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed component, any intrusion by solids or liquids will cause irreversible damage. It is crucial to ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and conform to system steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria must undergo correction. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Skillfully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for incorporating relevant pipeline accessories. The pipelines connected to the compressor must be supported independently by another bracket, as they should not rely on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete has reached full solidification, the stage is set for the exhilarating compressor operation test to commence. This crucial step ensures that every component functions harmoniously, propelling your operations to peak efficiency.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter range of the compressor. Ensure seamless connectivity by routing the wiring through a secure threading pipe that extends underground. Once the electric control cabinet is strategically placed, deftly link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, completing a robust and reliable system ready for operation.
