The increased temperature effectively channels the secondary steam back to the evaporator, facilitating the heating of materials and promoting evaporation. This sophisticated technique brilliantly harnesses the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, achieving an impressive cycle of energy reuse.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by anchoring the compressor base securely on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims placed beneath the base to meticulously adjust the unit level, ensuring perfect stability and alignment.
Skillfully alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, then, once leveled, apply spot welds at 4~5 strategic points to firmly secure the wedges.
The manufacturing and installation of these wedges are the user's responsibility. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished for uniform contact on inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precise level to ascertain perfect horizontal and axial leveling. The stringent requirements include an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Adhere to these standards for optimal performance and longevity of the unit.

3.3.3 Achieving optimal coupling alignment is crucial. Prior to alignment, confirm these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is switched off to guarantee safety;
2) Remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris or dirt to ensure a flawless fit;
5) Verify that the motor bolt hole is sufficiently larger than the bolt, allowing for necessary adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample quantity of pristine stainless steel gaskets to support the motor. These gaskets must be uniformly flat and free of any foreign substances.
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, sourced by the customer;
8) Ready the bracket needed to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the following illustration;

9) Mount the motor hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Carefully adjust the bolts around the motor feet so the compressor and motor center lines align, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, fasten the motor foot bolts securely, then meticulously check the runout of the outer circle and end face of the coupling;
12) After successfully completing the motor idling test, install the coupling's intermediate section to finalize the process.
3.3.4 Post alignment and leveling, tighten the anchor bolts. Following trial operation, it's imperative to loosen and re-tighten them for sustained reliability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands an uncontaminated environment. Any solid or liquid ingress could incur irreparable harm, making cleanliness essential for the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor. Ensure they adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade. For non-compliant pipelines, rectification and adding solid-liquid separation equipment, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, is advised before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Precisely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to add relevant pipeline accessories. Support the connected pipeline with an independent bracket to prevent undue weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 With the main fan and auxiliary equipment expertly installed and concrete curing complete, you're ready to conduct the compressor operation test, ensuring top-tier performance.
