This is achieved by harnessing and repurposing the secondary steam energy it produces. At its core, the process involves the secondary steam generated by the evaporator being skillfully compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This compression transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature of the steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, where it heats materials and triggers further evaporation, effectively recycling the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by firmly positioning the compressor's base directly onto the designated foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure immaculate leveling of the unit.
Place these wedge-shaped irons in a staggered formation. After achieving the perfect level, securely spot welding the wedge irons at 4-5 strategic points ensures stability.
Users should tailor the manufacturing and installation of the wedges based on specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are impeccably finished for seamless interaction between the inclined planes.
The wedges must maintain a formidable bearing capacity, not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the exactness of the unit's alignment. The axial level requirement stands at a precise 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is maintained at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable alignment by precisely centering the coupling. Before embarking on this critical task, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Ensure the primary power source is deactivated for safety.
2) Carefully detach the protective coupling shield.
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision.
4) Verify that the motor's installation plane is level and devoid of any debris, dirt, or obstructions.
5) The motor's bolt holes must be sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves to allow for easy loosening and adjustment.
6) Gather ample stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage, ensuring they are free from debris and uniformly flat. Avoid inserting long and thin gaskets between the motor and base for adjustments.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which must be provided by the client.
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram.

9) Attach the motor hub mounting bracket for securing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the indicator probe on the compressor hub's outer perimeter.
10) By meticulously adjusting the bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines, ensuring the maximum deviation of the outer circle remains at 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft, with the coupling's end face maintaining 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude the alignment process by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, then rigorously check the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to guarantee precision.;
12) Upon successful completion of the motor's idling test, proceed with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are refined, securely fasten the anchor bolts. Post initial mechanical operation, it is imperative to loosen and then retighten the bolts to ensure optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed component, must be safeguarded against any solid or liquid incursions that could inflict irreversible damage. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and meet the rigorous steam corrosion standards of the system; rectify any pipelines that fall short. It is strongly advised to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.

3.3.6 Skillfully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, equipping them with appropriate pipeline accessories as delineated in the PI diagram. The pipeline linked to the compressor must be supported by an independent bracket, ensuring its weight is not borne by the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all accompanying equipment are securely installed and the concrete has reached complete solidification, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures that every component is functioning flawlessly, paving the way for optimal performance and efficiency.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and efficiency, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connecting pathway from the compressor to this control hub should be laid underground, utilizing threading pipe for enhanced durability and protection. Once the cabinet is securely in place, connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable connection.
