The fundamental principle revolves around compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process ingeniously converts electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby increasing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature returns the steam to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, causing evaporation, and consequently achieving the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be seamlessly integrated onto the foundation. To ensure precision alignment, place wedge-shaped shims under the base. These are essential for achieving a perfectly level unit.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternatively. Once the unit is precisely leveled, secure the wedge irons by spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points. Note:
The user must manufacture and install wedges tailored to the actual requirements. The contact surfaces should be meticulously finished for even contact on inclined planes.
Ensure the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a high-precision level to ascertain the unit's level. The leveling specifics are: the axial level precision is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level precision is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Perfectly align the coupling. Prior to commencing the alignment procedures, confirm these prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for unhindered access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for clear alignment;
4) Thoroughly check the motor installation plane for flatness. Ensure it is absolutely free from debris, dirt, or any foreign attachments;
5) The motor's bolt holes should be larger than the bolts, allowing for easy loosening and adjustment of the motor's position;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to securely cover the motor's foot. These gaskets should be entirely clean and impeccably flat, avoiding the use of long or thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and the base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a stunning accuracy of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Ready the bracket for supporting the dial indicator as outlined below;

9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge. Precisely place the indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By finely adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor centerline to be congruent, adhering to specific instructions. Limit any deviation in the outer circle to a mere 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft centerline is elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft centerline, with coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts by tightening them rigorously, and verify the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts;
12) Reattach the coupling's intermediate section once the motor has passed an idling test.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, rigorously tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, as a high-speed rotating component, must be safeguarded against any solid or liquid intrusion which can cause irreversible damage. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines are pristinely clean and adhere to the required steam corrosion grade of the system. Any non-compliant pipelines should be immediately rectified.
It is strongly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, just before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to enhance protection.
3.3.6 Install both the compressor inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Ensure all import and export pipelines are fitted with the necessary accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. Provide separate support for the pipelines connected to the compressor, ensuring the compressor body bears no additional weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, it's time to proceed with the exciting phase of the compressor operation test. This crucial step will ensure the flawless performance and reliability of your High-Efficiency Split Base Steam Compressor for Wastewater Treatment.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and seamless integration, install the electric control cabinet within a strategic 5-meter distance from the compressor. Ensure the wiring, routed through a well-protected threading pipe, is discreetly laid underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely situated, expertly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring efficient communication and control.
