The fundamental mechanism involves the secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, being meticulously compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heightened temperature of the steam is then ingeniously channeled back to the evaporator, where it serves a vital role in heating materials, inducing evaporation, and ultimately recycling the latent heat of vaporization. This ingenious cycle not only optimizes energy efficiency but also enhances the sustainability of the entire process.
The DML series, renowned for its low temperature rise, is a marvel in steam compressor technology. It is meticulously constructed, featuring a robust compressor body composed of key components such as a volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. It is seamlessly integrated with a coupling, motor, and sophisticated electric instruments. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly placing the compressor base onto a sturdy foundation. Enhance stability and precision with wedge-shaped shims, tailored to ensure perfect unit leveling.
Strategically position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion, meticulously leveling the unit. Secure these with a spot weld at 4 to 5 points, ensuring steadfast stability.
Craft and fit the wedges according to the specific scenario at hand. The contact surfaces must be flawlessly finished, allowing for an even interface on inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed an impressive 40kg/cm
².
3.3.2 Achieve impeccable precision by utilizing a level. The desired leveling accuracy for the unit is set to: axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure perfect alignment by centering the coupling. Prior to alignment, ensure all the following conditions are met:
1) Disengage the main power supply for safety;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's middle section;
4) Check and confirm the motor installation surface is pristine and free from any debris, dirt, or obstructions;
5) The motor bolt holes should offer ample space, larger than the bolt itself, allowing for seamless adjustment;
6) Equip yourself with an adequate amount of stainless steel gaskets to securely support the motor foot. These gaskets should remain free from any attachments and be flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for base adjustments;
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (to be procured by the esteemed customer);
8) Ensure the availability of a robust bracket for steady dial indicator support, as depicted in the illustration below;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket serves as an anchor for the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge. Place the dial indicator's probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the motor foot's bolts, aligning the compressor and motor center line to the same axis, adhering to specific instructions with a deviation of no more than 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and meticulously review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout.
12) Conclude the process by installing the coupling's intermediate section post an idle motor test, ensuring everything is in optimal condition.
3.3.4 Upon perfecting the levelness and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Following a mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten the bolts to guarantee secure fastening.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreversible harm. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines linked with the compressor are immaculately clean, adhering to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Address and rectify any non-compliant pipelines. Consider installing solid-liquid separation devices (like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before the compressor inlet to achieve optimal performance.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all import and export pipelines are equipped with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. Support pipelines with an independent bracket, avoiding any weight load on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, accompanied by its ancillary equipment, has been impeccably installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This ensures that your fan system is primed and ready for peak performance.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet is optimally located within a 5-meter radius to maintain seamless connectivity. The wiring, secured in a threading pipe, elegantly navigates underground, ensuring durability and protection. With the electric control cabinet perfectly positioned, proceed to harmonize the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the remote DCS system for unparalleled operational control.
