This cycle masterfully harnesses and recycles the latent heat of vaporization within the secondary steam, embodying a revolutionary approach to energy efficiency.
The oil-film high-speed direct drive steam compressor is a state-of-the-art turbine device powered by an ultra-efficient permanent magnet motor. Its remarkable design features the impeller directly mounted at the shaft extension end of the motor. This sophisticated configuration allows the rotor to be seamlessly supported by an oil film bearing, enabling high-speed motor direct drive without the need for a speed-increasing gearbox or coupling. This innovative technology promises unparalleled performance and reliability in the realm of industrial steam compression.
3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely onto the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims under the base to finely adjust and ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Alternately place two wedge-shaped irons to achieve balance. Once leveled, secure the wedges with spot welds at 4 to 5 points. The craftsmanship of
these wedges should be tailored by the user to fit the specific conditions on-site, ensuring a uniform contact surface.
The weight-bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ensure accuracy. The unit must meet exacting leveling standards: an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
precision of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Ensure perfect alignment of the coupling. Before beginning this crucial step, verify the following:
1) Disconnect the main power supply;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate segment;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for any debris, ensuring a clean, smooth surface;
5) The motor bolt holes should be slightly larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for precise adjustments;
6) Equip yourself with adequate stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet. These gaskets must be flat, clean, and free from attachments. Avoid using long, slender gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment tool with a precision of 0.01mm (customer-provided);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;
9) Position a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, ensuring the probe rests on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By meticulously adjusting the bolts around the motor's base, align the compressor and motor center lines. Achieve a tight tolerance with
a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face. Note that the motor shaft center line should be positioned slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line.;
12) Reassemble the coupling's intermediate section after ensuring the motor runs smoothly during the idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, secure the anchor bolts. Conduct mechanical operations or trial runs to fine-tune, loosening and retightening the bolts as needed.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating element, must remain free from foreign solids or liquids as any contamination may cause severe damage. Maintain the cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines to comply with system steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines should be promptly rectified. It is advisable to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that all relevant pipeline accessories, according to the PI diagram, are properly fitted. The pipelines must be supported by independent brackets, ensuring no undue weight is borne by the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its sophisticated ancillary equipment are securely installed, and the concrete has fully solidified with robust integrity, it's the perfect time to embark on the exhilarating compressor operation test.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring, a vital conduit for seamless operation, should be elegantly threaded through pipes, discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly established, ensure that the wiring terminals within are meticulously connected with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a harmonious integration.
