The fundamental principle behind this technology is that the evaporator generates secondary steam, which is then compressed using a highly efficient steam compressor. This process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, causing an increase in both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This temperature elevation enables the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and induces evaporation, successfully recycling the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is an engineering marvel that primarily consists of a robust compressor body, a coupling, a gearbox, an advanced lubrication system, a motor, sophisticated electric instruments, and an anti-surge control system. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely on its foundation, ensuring stability by placing wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely tune its level.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons for optimal support. Once perfectly leveled, secure these irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 designated points.
Craft and install the wedges, tailored by the user to match the actual installation needs, ensuring the contact surface is impeccably finished for uniform contact.
Note that the load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40 Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve exact leveling. The unit's axial level must meet a stringent requirement of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should not exceed 0.10/1000mm.
These measurements ensure the most reliable operation of the compressor unit.

3.3.3 Properly centering the coupling is crucial. Prior to alignment, verify that the following prerequisites are met:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely shut off for safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor's installation surface for absolute cleanliness, free from debris or foreign particles;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, allowing for easy loosening and adjustment of the motor position;
6) Stock up on sufficient stainless steel gaskets to properly support the motor's base. These must be clean and flat, avoiding the use of long, slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) A customer-provided dial indicator or highly accurate laser alignment meter (0.01mm precision) should be ready for use;
8) Prepare a bracket as depicted below, essential for supporting the dial indicator accurately;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix the dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to ensure the motor and compressor center lines align closely. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm on the outer circle (the motor shaft should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft), with coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and verify the runout of the coupling's outer circle and end face for precision alignment.;
12) Post motor idling test, reassemble the coupling's intermediate section for optimal functionality.
3.3.4 Upon achieving perfect 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, anchor bolts should be firmly tightened. After any mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten these bolts for maximum security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-velocity component, must be shielded from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent severe compressor damage. Thoroughly ensure the cleanliness and steam corrosion grade compliance of all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must be promptly rectified.
For enhanced protection, consider installing solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Precisely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for fitting relevant pipeline accessories. Utilize independent brackets to support connected pipelines, ensuring the compressor body bears no undue weight.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its associated equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete foundation has set to perfection, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures seamless integration and operational excellence.
3.3.8 For optimal performance and safety, the compressor's electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Utilize a threading pipe for secure and efficient wiring connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS for flawless operational control.
