The marvel of this system is that it channels the elevated steam back to the evaporator, allowing it to heat the materials and induce further evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by integrally placing the compressor base firmly upon its designated foundation. Strategically position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base unit, as these will serve the crucial role of achieving precise unit leveling.
Place pairs of wedge-shaped irons in an alternating sequence, ensuring optimum leveling of the unit. Securely spot weld these wedges at 4 to 5 key points to ensure stability and alignment.
The manufacturing and installation of the wedge are the responsibility of the user, tailored to the specific conditions on-site. It's essential that the contact surfaces are impeccably finished to guarantee even contact on inclined planes.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed the limit of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Proceed with using a precise level to ascertain the unit's level. The leveling prerequisites are remarkably detailed: the axial level must adhere to a stringent 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level requires a rigorous 0.10/1000mm.
Keep these exacting standards in mind as they ensure the equipment's optimal performance.

3.3.3 Ensure precise coupling centering. Prior to initiating alignment, verify the following essential prerequisites:
1) The primary power supply must be securely switched off;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for unobstructed access;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is devoid of any debris, dirt, or obstructions;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for the bolts to be loosened for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's feet. The gaskets must be pristine and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of elongated or narrow gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, a precision tool to be provided by the customer;
8) Set up a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying figure;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount the dial indicator on the periphery of the wheel hub, positioning its probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Through meticulous adjustment of the motor feet's bolts, ensure the compressor and motor center lines align as closely as possible (or in accordance with relevant instructions), maintaining a maximum deviation of the outer circle at a precise 0.05mm (with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and coupling end face between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, and conduct a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle and end face runout;;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, proceed with installing the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of both 'levelness' and alignment, secure the anchor bolts firmly. After the initial or trial mechanical operation, it is crucial to loosen the bolts and retighten them to ensure lasting stability.
3.3.5 Recognize the impeller as a high-speed rotating element, susceptible to irreversible damage if solid or liquid matter intrudes. It is imperative to maintain cleanliness and adherence to steam corrosion standards in the pipelines connected to the compressor. Prompt rectification is required for pipelines that fail to meet these standards.
For enhanced protection, incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipeline.
3.3.6 Action the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with the appropriate accessories per the PI diagram, and that these pipelines are supported by an independent bracket, preventing undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment have been expertly installed, and the concrete has reached its full strength, the moment arrives to initiate the compressor operation test. This ensures everything is functioning at peak performance, setting the stage for optimal results.
3.3.8 For the utmost efficiency and safety, position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a streamlined 5-meter radius of the compressor. Utilize threading pipes to discreetly channel the wiring underground, providing both protection and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly situated, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
