Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the Smart Overall Base Steam Compressor completely onto its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure flawless leveling of the unit.
Strategically position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, securely spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 points for solid stability.

1) Deactivate the main power supply for safety;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield;

7) A dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy should be at your disposal, provided by the customer;
8) Utilize the designated bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, setting the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Skillfully adjust the motor feet bolts, ensuring compressor and motor center lines align perfectly. Maximum outer circle deviation should be 0.05mm, with the coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts, thoroughly reviewing outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for precision;;
12) Conclude by installing the coupling intermediate section post-successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, retighten bolts for assured security.
3.3.5 The high-speed rotating impeller demands utmost care. Ensure no solids or liquids penetrate the impeller, as this may cause irreparable harm. Verify connected pipelines are pristine and meet system steam corrosion standards. Rectify non-compliant pipelines for seamless operation.
Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to compressor inlet straight pipes.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Follow the PI diagram to equip pipelines with necessary accessories, ensuring they are independently supported to avoid any weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan alongside its supplementary equipment has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidification, you are poised to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 To ensure optimal performance and safety, position the electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the compressor.
