Subsequently, this heightened secondary steam is redirected back into the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and instigating evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base integrally onto the foundation. To ensure perfect levelling, position wedge-shaped shims under the base. These serve as critical tools for adjusting the unit's level.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring optimal leveling of the unit. Once achieved, perform spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user to match actual conditions, ensuring a finished contact surface. This will guarantee even and reliable contact of the inclined plane,
with a bearing capacity for the wedge iron not to exceed 40 Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to establish the unit's level. The unit's axial level precision must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level precision is required to be 0.10/1000mm.
Verify these standards meticulously to ensure optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve centering for the coupling. Prior to alignment, confirm the following essential steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness. It must be free of foreign objects, dirt, and any unwanted attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, allowing for easy adjustment when loosening the bolts;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets available to provide support at the motor's feet. These gaskets must be clean, flat, and should avoid using long, thin ones for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Employ either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (these tools should be sourced by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy support bracket for the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to attach the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, allowing the probe to be positioned perfectly on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor centerlines closely. The maximum allowable deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, and the motor shaft centerline should ideally be higher than the compressor low-speed shaft centerline, with coupling end face deviations between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then rigorously inspect the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout to guarantee precision.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once you've fine-tuned the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After the initial mechanical run (or trial operation), slacken the bolts and then securely retighten them once more.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed rotating component. Any solid or liquid intrusion can cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Therefore, it is imperative to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, adhering to the steam corrosion grade requirements of the system. Any pipeline not meeting these requirements must be addressed immediately. It is
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for added protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that all pertinent pipeline accessories are placed according to the PI diagram. The pipelines connected to the compressor must be supported externally, relieving the compressor body from bearing their weight.
3.3.7 With the installation of the main fan and its supplementary equipment complete, and once the concrete foundation has fully set and solidified, you are now ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal step in ensuring the robustness and efficiency of the system.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring, meticulously channeled through threading pipes, should be laid underground to maintain a clean and interference-free setup. Once the electric control cabinet is correctly positioned, ensure a reliable connection by integrating its wiring terminals with the lines at the remote DCS, laying the groundwork for a cohesive and efficient operational framework.
