Subsequently, the elevated temperature facilitates the return of secondary steam to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, triggering evaporation. Ultimately, this ingenious cycle effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, achieving remarkable energy conservation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To establish a solid foundation for the High-Speed Direct Drive Oil-Film Steam Compressor, begin by positioning the compressor base integrally onto the prepared foundation. Using wedge-shaped shims, carefully place them under the base to facilitate precise leveling of the unit.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternate fashion. Once the unit's level is confirmed, secure the stability by spot welding the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
These wedges are to be custom-fabricated and installed by the user, necessarily aligning with the specific on-site requirements. Ensure that the contact surface is finished to perfection, achieving an even contact of the inclined plane.
Note: The maximum bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40 Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to establish the perfect horizontal balance. Adhere to the following leveling specifications: the axial level of the unit must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensuring precision, the coupling needs to be meticulously centered. Prior to initiating alignment, confirm these essential prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the primary power source to ensure a safe working environment;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Take out the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with care;
4) Rigorously inspect the motor installation plane for any debris or foreign materials to uphold cleanliness and integrity;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for looseness to adjust and fine-tune the motor's position;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to ensure full coverage beneath the motor foot. These gaskets should be free from debris and remain flat. Avoid using long and slender gaskets as makeshift adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment tool boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, as provisioned by the customer;
8) Ensure the availability of a bracket designed to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe precisely on the periphery of the compressor wheel hub;
10) With finesse, manipulate the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line accurately. Aim for a maximum deviation of the outer circle of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center slightly elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, maintaining a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, followed by a thorough inspection of both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Post successful motor idling tests, proceed to reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Subsequent to achieving optimal 'levelness' and precise alignment of the casing, anchor bolts should be firmly tightened. Following mechanical operation or a trial run, these bolts should be loosened and retightened to assure enduring stability.

3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed rotating element, must remain free of any solid or liquid contaminants to prevent irreversible damage to the compressor. Thus, it's imperative to ensure cleanliness and compliance with steam corrosion grade standards in all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor. If these standards are not met, immediate rectification is required. Implementing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet, is highly recommended.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are fitted with the appropriate pipeline accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. The pipelines connected to the compressor must be independently supported by another bracket, avoiding any undue stress on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are securely installed and the concrete has completely cured, it is time to proceed with the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor is designed to be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself.
