The core principle revolves around the secondary steam produced by the evaporator, which is efficiently compressed using a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This remarkable conversion transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, leading to an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature of the secondary steam is then redirected back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and induces further evaporation. This ingenious cycle facilitates the continuous recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, exemplifying an extraordinary leap in energy efficiency and sustainability.
The DML Series Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor is meticulously engineered and primarily consists of a robust compressor body, which includes essential components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Complemented by a coupling, motor, and electric instruments, this sophisticated assembly ensures optimal performance and reliability. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base integrally onto the foundation. Beneath the base, insert wedge-shaped shims, skillfully designed for the purpose of leveling the entire unit. Let these wedges balance the foundation with finesse.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Achieve impeccable leveling, and then secure the irons with a meticulous spot weld at 4 to 5 points, ensuring impeccable stability. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specificities of the actual scenario. The contact surface must be finished elegantly, ensuring an even engagement with the inclined plane,
and must not exceed a bearing capacity of 40Kg/cm
2.)
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain impeccable horizontal balance. The leveling criteria for this sophisticated unit are as follows: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, coupled with a horizontal
level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure that the coupling is perfectly centered. Before embarking on alignment, complete the following preparatory steps with utmost care:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling’s intermediate section with precision;
4) Meticulously inspect the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it's free from foreign objects, dirt, or attachments;
5) Verify that the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt size, allowing flexibility to loosen and adjust the motor seamlessly;
6) Stock up on sufficient stainless steel gaskets to support the motor’s foot. These gaskets must be impeccably flat and free from attachments. Avoid using elongated and slender gaskets for motor and base adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, as these instruments are essential for flawless alignment (to be arranged by the customer);
8) Prepare a stable bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the figure below, to ensure perfect stability;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub’s edge, placing the probe accurately on the compressor wheel hub’s outer edge;
10) By deftly adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the centerlines of the compressor and motor with expert precision. The maximum permissible deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft centerline remains marginally higher than the compressor’s low-speed shaft centerline. The coupling end face deviation should be between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts tightly and meticulously review both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for utmost perfection;
12) Post motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section with diligence.
3.3.4 After achieving optimal 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts with precision. Post mechanical operation or trial run, gently loosen the bolts and re-tighten them to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and any intrusion of solid or liquid matter can cause irreparable damage to the compressor. Hence, it is crucial that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and conform to the system’s steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines falling short of this standard must be rectified. It is advisable to install robust solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Elegantly install the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are efficiently equipped with corresponding pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline linked to the compressor should be firmly supported by an independent bracket, ensuring its weight is not borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supportive equipment have been meticulously installed, and the concrete has fully solidified, you are now ready to initiate the operation test of the compressor. This marks a pivotal stage in ensuring the optimal functionality and long-lasting efficiency of your setup.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and enhanced performance, ensure the electric control cabinet is situated within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection between the compressor and the control cabinet should be expertly navigated through threading pipe, securely positioned underground. After positioning the control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless operation and control of the system.
