This process masterfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature then returns the steam to the evaporator, creating a seamless cycle where it heats materials and facilitates evaporation, effectively recycling the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by elegantly positioning the compressor base as a single unit upon the foundation. Gently introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously adjust the level of the unit.
Place a pair of wedge-shaped irons in an alternate fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, perform spot welding on the wedge irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to fit the unique conditions of the site. The contact surface must be refined to ensure a seamless, even contact on the inclined plane, with
the load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level tool to establish an impeccable level. The leveling criteria for the unit demands an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal perfection of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling centricity by ensuring alignment prerequisites:
1) Disengage the primary power source entirely;
2) Detach the protective shield over the coupling;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate segment;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation surface, ensuring it's devoid of debris, dirt, and any foreign attachments;
5) The motor bolt aperture should exceed the bolt size, allowing easy loosening to facilitate motor adjustments;
6) Amass an adequate collection of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's base. These gaskets must be pristine and impeccably flat. Avoid using elongated or slender gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, courtesy of the customer;
8) Arrange a bracket for dial indicator support, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, positioning it expertly on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By delicately adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line as one. Ensure that the maximum deviation of the outer circle is confined to 0.05mm, and the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face should measure 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely fastening the motor foot bolts, and verify the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, proceed to reassemble the coupling's intermediate segment.
3.3.4 Once alignment and 'levelness' are perfected, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation or a trial run, it is imperative to loosen and retighten these bolts to ensure enduring security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain pristine. Any intrusion of solid or liquid into the impeller risks irreversible damage. Maintain the purity of inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring they comply with the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria must be corrected. It is highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the straight pipe at the compressor's entrance.

3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Attach appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipelines linked to the compressor are supported by independent brackets—do not rely on the compressor body to bear their weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, alongside its auxiliary components, is expertly installed and the concrete has reached peak solidity, the thrilling moment of the compressor operation test is ready to unfold.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the unit itself. The connection from the compressor to this command hub should elegantly travel through a protective underground conduit. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, ensure seamless integration by linking its wiring terminals with the remote DCS lines, setting the stage for superior control and performance.
