The core principle involves the transformation of electrical energy into thermal energy through a high-efficiency steam compressor. This elevates the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, which is then channeled back to the evaporator. This process ingeniously heats the materials and triggers evaporation, thereby ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DM series Single-stage geared steam compressor is meticulously engineered, featuring a comprehensive assembly that includes the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims under the base, using them ingeniously to ensure the unit is completely level.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons, leveling the unit meticulously, then spot-weld the irons at 4 to 5 points for security.
Manufacture and install the wedges as per the actual site requirements. Ensure the contact surface is finished for even contact on the inclined plane, maximizing stability.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use a precise level to ensure utmost precision. The unit's leveling specifications are an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Coupling is centered with precision. Prior to alignment, confirm these vital steps are completed:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from any debris or dirt;
5) Motor bolt holes should be generously sized to allow for bolt loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to secure the motor's foot. Gaskets must be pristine and flat, avoiding thin inserts between motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer-supplied);
8) Prepare a robust bracket for supporting the dial indicator as depicted in the illustration below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for attaching a dial indicator on the hub's edge, placing the probe accurately on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts delicately. Align the compressor and motor center lines precisely, limiting the outer circle's deviation to 0.05mm (motor shaft should be slightly higher), coupling end face deviation to 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then re-evaluate the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for optimal performance;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, anchor bolts should be tightened. After machine operation (or trial run), retighten the bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, shield it from solid or liquid intrusions which can cause irreversible damage. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and meet the required steam corrosion standards. Necessary rectifications must be made to pipelines not meeting these standards. It is recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet.

3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram for installation of pipeline accessories. Ensure pipelines connected to the compressor are supported by a separate bracket, relieving the compressor body of undue weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with all its ancillary equipment, is meticulously installed and the concrete has thoroughly solidified, it is then time to proceed with the compressor operation test. This ensures that all components are functioning harmoniously, laying the groundwork for reliable performance.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to this cabinet must be carefully facilitated using underground threading pipes. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, it's essential to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS. This integration ensures seamless communication and operation of the system.
