Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure a seamless setup, meticulously position the compressor base on the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to refine the unit's level.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedge irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring stability.
The manufacturing and installation of the wedge should be customized by the user to fit the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are smoothly finished for optimal contact of the inclined plane.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve perfect leveling. Aim for an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm for the unit.

7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, supplied by the customer, for precise measurements;
8) Prepare the dial indicator support bracket as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to meticulously position the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, allowing the probe to assess the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Coupling end face deviation should be within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then reassess the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for accuracy;;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are optimized, anchor the bolts firmly. After a trial mechanical operation, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure sustained stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, demands strict preventive measures. Prevent ingress of solids or liquids, as they can cause irreversible damage. Maintain cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines and ensure they conform to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines that fall short must be promptly rectified. It is highly
recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Adhere to the PI diagram for appropriate pipeline accessory installation. The compressor-linked pipeline should be independently supported by an external bracket, ensuring the compressor body is not burdened by the pipeline's weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment have been precisely installed and the concrete has fully set and solidified, it's time to embark on the exhilarating compressor operation test journey. This marks the beginning of an essential phase where performance and reliability take center stage.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to this cabinet must be meticulously achieved by threading the pipe underground, ensuring seamless integration. Following the installation of the electric control cabinet, it is crucial to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a harmonious and efficient operation.
