The core principle hinges on the secondary steam—produced by the evaporator—which is efficiently compressed using a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This process smartly converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The enhanced steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, heating materials and facilitating evaporation to achieve the remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

The oil-film high-speed direct drive steam compressor emerges as a sophisticated turbine apparatus, harmonizing with a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Spotlighting its advanced design, the compressor features an impeller directly mounted at the motor's shaft extension end. The rotor, a marvel of engineering, is directly supported by an oil film bearing, enabling pure direct drive through the high-speed motor. This innovative design elegantly eliminates the need for speed increasing boxes and couplings, ensuring streamlined and efficient operation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the process by securely positioning the compressor base on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise level adjustments.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons alternately to achieve perfect unit leveling, then perform spot welds on these wedges at 4 to 5 points for stability.
The user is responsible for tailoring the wedges to the specific installation requirements, ensuring a uniform contact surface.
It's crucial that the inclined plane contacts evenly and that the bearing capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to attain exact measurements. The axial level tolerance is a fine 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level closely measured at 0.10/1000mm.
This level of precision ensures optimal operation of the unit.

3.3.3 Align the coupling with meticulous care. Prior to alignment, ensure these crucial steps are completed:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to guarantee safety;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Carefully extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate segment;
4) Inspect the motor's installation surface for any debris, dirt, or obstruction, ensuring it's impeccably clean;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size to allow for bolt loosening during motor adjustment;
6) Equip yourself with ample stainless steel gaskets to place beneath the motor feet, ensuring they are immaculate and sufficiently flat.
7) Choose either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, as per customer provision;
8) Ready the bracket to support the dial indicator, with reference to the accompanying illustration;

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator along the wheel hub's periphery, aligning its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines nearly in unison, adhering to instructions for a max deviation of 0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts, then meticulously check outer circle and coupling end face runouts.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are optimized, tighten the anchor bolts. After a test run, re-loosen and retighten for reinforced security.

3.3.5 Given that the impeller rotates at high speeds, any solid or liquid intrusion can cause irreparable damage. Ensure all attached inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Add solid-liquid separators like gas scrubbers if necessary for uncompromised performance.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Reference the PI diagram for pipeline accessory installation, ensuring independent support for the connected pipelines to prevent undue stress on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and all associated equipment is finalized and the concrete has fully solidified, it is time to embark on the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test. This stage is crucial to ensure that each component functions harmoniously and the compressor operates at peak performance.
3.3.8 To ensure optimal efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet for the High-Speed Oil-Film Direct Drive Compressor should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The electrical connections should be expertly threaded through pipes that run underground, safeguarding the wiring. Once the control cabinet is securely positioned, it's essential to meticulously connect the wiring terminals inside to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a seamless integration and operational readiness.
