Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be seamlessly integrated onto the foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims underneath the base to ensure the unit's precise leveling. This meticulous attention to detail ensures the optimal performance of your compressor.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately to maintain balance. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the setup with a robust spot weld at 4 to 5 strategic points. Tailor the wedges to your specific requirements for unparalleled stability.
Crafting and installing your wedge irons according to the present conditions is crucial. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished for smooth and even contact across the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed a formidable 40Kg/cm
2). Precision ensures longevity and reliability.
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve unparalleled accuracy. The axial level requirement for your unit is an impressive 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must meet an exacting 0.10/1000mm.
These standards ensure your unit performs flawlessly over time.

3.3.3 Perfect the coupling alignment with precision engineering. Before you begin, please adhere to the following essential checklist:
1) Ensure the main power supply is safely turned off, prioritizing safety above all.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the internal components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate precise adjustments.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane to confirm it is immaculate, free from debris, dirt, and any obstructive attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is adequately larger than the bolt, allowing for seamless adjustments as needed.
6) Gather an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. Ensure these gaskets are pristine, flat, and devoid of any attachments to achieve ultimate stability.
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, ensuring an accuracy of 0.01mm, essential tools for this critical task.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, which supports a dial indicator placed on the wheel hub's outer edge, an essential step for precision alignment.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to harmonize the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm for optimal alignment.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling, ensuring flawless operation.;
12) Once the motor idling test is complete, seamlessly install the coupling's intermediate section and prepare for peak performance.
3.3.4 Following the meticulous adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, ensure the anchor bolts are tightened thoroughly. Loosen and retighten them post mechanical operation to maintain enduring stability and performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be protected from any solid or liquid intrusion to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and corrosion-resistant to meet the system's steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified without delay.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for additional safeguarding.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow PI diagram specifications for installing relevant pipeline accessories. Support all connected pipelines with separate brackets to prevent any undue stress on the compressor body, ensuring your system runs smoothly and efficiently.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has fully solidified, you'll be ready to proceed with the crucial compressor operation test. This step ensures optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is seamlessly connected using threading pipes, which should be securely placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, make sure to connect the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS for a flawless operation.
