3.3.1 To ensure seamless installation, place the compressor base directly on the foundation, accompanied by wedge-shaped shims for precise leveling.
Alternately arrange two wedge-shaped irons, and once aligned, spot weld at 4-5 points for stability. Tailored manufacturing and installation of these wedges should be conducted by the user.
Ensure the contact surface is expertly finished to promote even contact of the inclined plane. Note that the wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Achieve perfect leveling with a level. The unit's exacting leveling requirements are: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Ensure impeccable coupling alignment by adhering to these paramount pre-alignment steps:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to access alignment points;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it is untainted by debris, dust, or any obstructions;
5) Confirm the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to allow easy adjustments by loosening.
6) Have an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor base—avoid using long, slender gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy), sourced by the customer, for meticulous results;
8) Ready the bracket for securely supporting the dial indicator as depicted below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to seat a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe along the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the motor feet adjustment bolts, align the motor and compressor center lines. Maintain a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face.
11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts before reviewing the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling.
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling intermediate section post-motor idle testing.
3.3.4 Post-levelness and alignment adjustments, diligently secure the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation, perform a final loosening and retightening of the bolts for optimal integrity.
3.3.5 Protect the impeller, a high-speed rotating element of utmost precision, from any solid or liquid intrusion that could inflict irreversible harm. Ensure the cleanliness of connecting inlet and outlet pipelines per system steam corrosion standards. Rectify any noncompliance.Augment protection by installing solid-liquid separation apparatus, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 For the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram for necessary pipeline accessories. Remember, pipelines must be independently supported, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supportive equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete has reached its full solidity, you are ready to conduct the exhilarating compressor operation test.
3.3.8 Ensure that the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To achieve seamless connectivity, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be meticulously threaded through underground piping. After securely placing the electric control cabinet, proceed to expertly connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS for optimal performance.
