3.3.3 Precision alignment of the coupling is crucial. Before initiating the alignment process, ensure the following prerequisites are fulfilled:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply;

8) Have the necessary bracket ready to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) A specifically designed motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for positioning a dial indicator on the hub's edge, ensuring precise measurement on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Carefully adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, aiming for an outer circle deviation of no more than 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Once alignment is achieved, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously check the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section, ensuring everything is secure and ready for operation.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After conducting the mechanical operation or trial operation, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed rotating component, requires utmost care. Any solid or liquid intrusion could cause irreversible damage to the compressor. It is imperative to ensure the pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine, adhering to the steam corrosion grade standards of the system. Pipelines not meeting these criteria must undergo rectification.
To safeguard the system, consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for appropriate pipeline accessories installation. Ensure the pipeline's weight is supported by a separate bracket, not by the compressor body itself, for structural integrity.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its supportive ancillary equipment are securely in place and the robust concrete foundation has fully solidified, you can proceed with the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test. This marks a crucial step in ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure a seamless connection by running the wiring through protective threading pipes that are routed underground, safeguarding against external elements. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly situated, skillfully connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS to achieve an efficient and synchronized system.
