3.3.1 The comprehensive placement of the compressor base onto its foundation is crucial. Position wedge-shaped shims underneath the base to facilitate precision leveling.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit achieves desired level, secure each wedge with spot welds at 4 to 5 points to ensure stability.
Users should custom-fabricate these wedges based on specific installation needs. Ensure the contact surface is precisely finished to guarantee seamless contact.
The inclination should be even and the bearing capacity must be meticulously monitored, not exceeding 40Kg/cm².2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to ascertain perfect alignment. Adhere to stringent leveling standards: the axial alignment must be 0.05/1000mm, while horizontal leveling is set at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Coupling Alignment. Before embarking on alignment, verify the following essential requirements:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Confirm the motor mounting surface is impeccably flat and devoid of debris or foreign materials;
5) Motor bolt holes should slightly exceed bolt size to permit adjustments.
6) Gather ample stainless steel gaskets to stabilize the motor feet, ensuring they are clean and flat for optimal alignment.
7) Equip yourself with a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment tool with 0.01mm accuracy;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to situate the dial indicator precisely, ensuring accurate readings.
10) Carefully adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center line precisely, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for precision.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test to ensure flawless operation.
3.3.4 Upon perfecting the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, meticulously tighten the anchor bolts. Post-operation, repeat the process for reinforced security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands pristine conditions. Any intrusion of solids or liquids spells doom. Guarantee that inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate, conforming to stringent corrosion standards.
3.3.6 Skillfully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to PI diagram specifications, supporting these pipelines independently to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supportive components are securely installed, and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, the thrilling moment of conducting the compressor operation test can commence. This pivotal step ensures readiness and optimal performance.
3.3.8 For seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of the compressor ought to be positioned within 5 meters of the unit. Employ threading pipes to establish an underground connection from the compressor to the control cabinet. Once the control cabinet is meticulously installed, proceed to link its wiring terminals with the lines at the distant DCS, ensuring a synchronized and efficient system.
